  • Frequenz 12.544 MHz horizontal
  • FEC bzw. Coderate: 5/6
  • Symbolrate: 22.000
  • Sat.1: VPID 255, APID 256, DPID 259, TPID 32, SID 17500
  • ProSieben: VPID 511, APID 512, DPID 515, TPID 33, SID 17501
  • Kabel 1: VPID 767, APID 768, TPID 34, SID 17502
  • N24: VPID 1023, APID 1024, TPID 35, SID 17503
  • 9Live … keine Ahnung, will das überhaupt wer empfangen?

Allerdings kann ich mit meinem VDR beim besten Willen nichts auf dieser Frequenz empfangen. Wie sind denn bitte die wirklichen Kanaleinstellungen

Unemployment rate in socialist Spain now above 20

Spain announced Friday its jobless rate surged to a 13-year record above 20 percent at the end of 2010, the highest level in the industrialized world, as the economy struggled for air.
It was more bad news for an economy fighting to regain the trust of financial markets and avoid being trapped in a debt quagmire that has engulfed Greece and Ireland and now menaces Portugal.
Another 121,900 people joined Spain’s unemployment queues in the final quarter of the year, pushing the total to 4.697 million people, said the national statistics institute INE.
The resulting unemployment rate was 20.33 percent for the end of the year — easily exceeding Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero’s target of 19.4 percent.
Spain appears to be stuck in a rut of staggeringly high levels of unemployment.
After posting a jobless rate of 18.83 percent in 2009 and now 20.33 percent in 2010, the government is forecasting 19.3 percent for 2011 and 17.5 percent in 2012.
The Spanish economy, the European Union’s fifth biggest, slumped into recession during the second half of 2008 as the global financial meltdown compounded the collapse of a labour-intensive construction boom
It emerged with tepid growth of just 0.1 percent in the first quarter of 2010 and 0.2 percent in the second but then stalled with zero growth in the third.
Zapatero has said the fourth quarter will show positive growth which would pick up steam in 2011 but he warned that job creation would be “far from what we need and desire. It will be slow and progressive.”

Delay, then pay more

The cabinet had agreed to restructure the compound on summonses issued under the Road Transport Act 1987 for vehicles under 250cc such as motorcycles, the type of machine and seriousness of offences and charging more for delayed payment. KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic compounds issued by the traffic police, road transport department and the local councils will be standardised from Mar 1, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha said today.

He said the cabinet had agreed to restructure the compound on summonses issued under the Road Transport Act 1987 for vehicles under 250cc such as motorcycles, the type of machine and seriousness of offences and charging more for delayed payment.

Those committing offences three times or more within two months would have to pay double the amount of fine.
Offences are divided into four categories. These are:

- Those contributing to accidents and traffic congestion and offences associated with taxi service;

- Offences associated with the driver's negative behaviour and technical fault in vehicles that can contribute to accidents;

- Passive offences associated with technical fault in vehicles that can increase the risk of accidents and cause harm to others and also offences which render the vehicle unsafe for use;

- Minor offences other than those in the first, second and third category.

"The compound for summonses issued after Mar 1 will be a minimum of RM40 and a maximum of RM300," Kong told a press conference after attending the ministry's Chinese New Year open house.

Motorcycles under 250cc would be given a lower compound of RM40 compared to other vehicles for offences in the first category.

Kong said people with summonses were not liable under the Motor Vehicles (Demerit Points) Penalty System (Kejara) if their outstanding dues were paid within three months.

"One of the reasons why they refuse to settle their compounds is because they fear they will incur demerit points and possible licence suspension or cancellation," he said.

He said a driving licence with 15 demerit points would be suspended. This also applied to probational licences with 10 demerit points.

If all the demerit points were incurred for the first time, the licence would be suspended for one month, it is three months for the second time and six months for the third time.

"If it happens again after the third time, the licence will be suspended indefinitely," Kong said.

Nik Aziz puts politics before Islam: Tun M

Tun Mahathir urged the Kelantan menteri besar to stop abusing and misinterpreting Islam for his political end. KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has slammed Datuk Nik Aziz Nik Mat for desperately wanting to win the general election and not fight for Islam.

He said the PAS spiritual leader's wish was to win the general election and rule the country with DAP and Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR).

"Nik Aziz openly called Muslim Umno members infidels and is prepared to work with the devil which rejected the Islamic state championed by PAS.
"His support for non-Muslim views that Muslims become less Islamic is to garner support from non-Muslims for the general election.

"Priority is given to non-Muslims and not to enslave himself to Allah," he said in his blog www.chedet.co.cc today.

He urged the Kelantan menteri besar to stop abusing and misinterpreting Islam for his political end.

"Have faith in Allah and stop confusing Muslims in Malaysia just to win the general election," he added.

Dr Mahathir said contrary to claims, Nik Aziz only fought in Malaysia and not throughout the oppressed Islamic world.

He challenged Nik Aziz to ask DAP to state that the Pakatan Rakyat coalition government would ban gambling, the sale of liquor and accept hudud law.

"If DAP refuses, will PAS be willing to take on DAP or will PAS remain silent as DAP's help is important to win the general election?.

The former premier said Umno did not claim only its members were Muslims and bound for heaven although Nik Aziz labelled others as primitive.

"Muslim Umno members fight for race, religion (Islam) and country. The Umno constitution states that a person is considered a Malay if he is a Muslim.

"Nik Aziz will not include this condition as Malays are primitive and non-Muslims as they do not support PAS," he added. -- BERNAMA

MUST-HEAR: James White debates Michael Brown on Calvinism vs Foreknowledge

For those interested, we will be covering three texts of Scripture on Thursday: John 6, Romans 8/9, and Ephesians 1. Each will have 8 minutes to provide their exegesis of the text; then we will have four minutes of cross-ex each, then three minute conclusions before moving on to the next text. I know, not a lot of time, but that still covers 90 full minutes (we will not be taking any breaks at all).
The following Thursday we will repeat the process, but this time covering Michael’s chosen texts, Luke 13:34-35 (Deuteronomy 5:28-29) Ezekiel 18:21-32 (Jeremiah 3:19-20; Ezekiel 22:30-31) I John 2:1-2 (2 Pet 2:1).
Michael Brown basically represents my view on these issues. This is a perfect debate – it’s 100% time well spent.
I blogged about their previous debate here. I highly, highly recommend this debate.
My thoughts
My own reservation about Calvinism is that it requires that God create people who go to Hell. They go to Hell only because God chooses not to draw them to him. So there are people pre-destined to Hell for eternity who are not responsible since it’s God’s choice where they are saved or not. Basically Calvinism has God creating some creatures, say, sheep, who have a predisposition to wander into lakes. These sheep then wander into a lake. He then picks some of them out who are no different than the others, and lets the rest drown. Then God turns to the ones he saved and says “aren’t I great for having saved you and not them?”, when he could have saved all of them. That’s not love.
I think a much better view, a more Biblical view, is that although all the sheep are initially rebelling against God, he still foreknows which will respond to his rescuing efforts. The sheep all want to try swimming to safety by themselves – none of them wants God’s help. So they are all doomed to death, unless God acts to save them. God can see which sheep will respond to his rescuing activities, so he reaches out to those sheep and they respond and they are saved. The rest die swimming away from him. That’s love. Love respects the free will of the beloved to resist, even if it means letting them choose their own destruction. And this view is different from Calvinism, because in this view God is all-loving and all-merciful. He is not willing that any sheep should perish, but that all the sheep would be saved. If all are not saved, then it is not God’s fault. He allows the sheep to choose to resist him.
I totally agree with Romans 9, where it says that God creates some people for destruction, and that those people cannot resist God’s will that they be created for destruction. But on my view, those people are people who would resist him in any time, in any place, even if he tried to save them. They cannot demand to be saved even though they resist God. They cannot say to their maker that they should not be created only to be damned, either, because being damned is their own fault. They don’t have a right to demand that they be saved because they would freely choose not to respond to God in any set of circumstances that God might try to place them in in order to save them. So God is permitted to create vessels of wrath for his own glory – but it’s their fault, not God’s.
I agree with Brown that vessels of wrath are free to repent and become part of the elect if they choose to respond to God’s drawing them towards him. Where does it say in the text that the vessels cannot change their destination by repentance? It doesn’t. People choose to respond to God or not, and that determines what kind of vessel they are going to be. God knows in advance what kind they are going to be and creates the vessels of wrath anyway.
My specific views are spelled out more here
